Vision Statement

Our Vision is to provide quality service and education to our pastors by improving our methods, growing our resources, and simplifying our business processes.

Our vision for growth is accomplished in Three Phases:


I want to advise all pastors of the wonderful partnership and work of the Apostolic Assembly Real Estate Department.  I recommend the men and women of this department very highly and without reservation.  They work incredibly hard to meet your congregation’s needs so that you can get back to the mission of winning souls for Jesus Christ.

In our particular case, we needed a second loan for $285k but were overleveraged and would never be able to meet the criteria to secure a loan.  Even though there was no earthly way, they continued to dialogue and partner with us to find a way through our church roofing problem.  In the meantime, our church continued to pray, meet with contractors and have service outside.  This went on for a year, but the Real Estate Department stuck by us with advice and encouragement.  Finally, with creativity and hard work, we were able to secure and qualify for a contract of a different amount, and the Real Estate Department worked very quickly to compile, validate and file all relevant paperwork.

Everything went through very smoothly and today, our church is fixed better than it ever was.  The hard work is just a memory, but the goodwill, fellowship, and bonds developed with Br. Gabriel Gonzalez, Pastor Tim Arroyo, and Bishop Joe Rodriguez will last forever.  My enduring thanks go to all in the department named and unnamed who assisted with helping us in our time of need.

As a pastor, there’s a lot that you oversee and do, not only in the spiritual aspect of the church, but in the administrative side as well. Pastoring in a district that I’m new to can be overwhelming in many aspects, but especially in real estate.

I want to thank Bro. Gabriel Gonzalez and the Real Estate Department team for all the support they’ve given and are currently giving to Hope Church.

When I say, they have been a big help, it’s because they have. They have walked me through each process making sure I understand everything and also making me feel that I am not alone with their emails and calls ensuring that they are on top of things.

I am grateful for our Real Estate Department. I’m thankful that they were there to help us when we needed it the most. After an arsonist set my car and one of our church buildings on fire, we were devastated. Not just because of the personal loss of income, but because the building set to fire housed our church studio area! This is the place where we broadcasted to our church during the pandemic! This is the place where we hosted Virtual PK Camp, and School of Pastors, and produced music like SING & Nuestro Canto II for our beloved Apostolic Assembly. Needless to say, we were at a loss on how to respond, but by God’s grace & help from the Real Estate Department, we are back and on track in Jesus’ Name! I would like to thank the Real Estate Department for their professional & timely response!
